UK-focused engineering assessment

Measure the site. Model the future. Price the constraint.

MO GREEN combines site electrical infrastructure, measured demand, proposed electrification loads, operational constraints and DSO curtailment information into a transparent decision: Accept, Negotiate or Reinforce.

Step 1

Site, client & authority evidence

Identify the site, DNO, assessment purpose and the commercial evidence that will support any cost/time-saving claim.

Client & site

Bill / authority evidence

For the MVP, upload/retain the bill or DNO offer separately and enter the verified figures here. MO GREEN should not present a reinforcement saving as certain unless the source is documented.
Step 2

Existing electrical infrastructure

Determine the governing capacity from the supply, main breaker, cable and transformer. Cable ampacity is engineer-entered/approved; the MVP does not reproduce proprietary BS tables.

Step 3

30-minute CT / meter demand curve

Enter or upload half-hourly readings. MO GREEN builds the demand curve immediately, records the measurement date and uses UK weather only as contextual evidence; the engineering adjustment factor remains explicit and reviewer-controlled.

Weather not retrieved. The adjustment factor is currently 1.00.
CSV accepted columns: timestamp,demand_kw, time,demand_kw, or timestamp,current_a. For current readings the system uses the Step 2 voltage, phase and power factor.

Half-hourly readings

For large CSV datasets, the table shows the first 96 records.

Step 4

Proposed electrification loads

Build the future load scenario with explicit coincidence factors and operating windows. The factor is an engineering input until MO GREEN's proprietary dataset has sufficient validated evidence.

Step 5

Flexible connection & curtailment exposure

Overlay a DSO available-capacity profile against projected demand and critical operating windows. The MVP uses manual CSV upload so every assumption remains visible and auditable.

CSV accepted columns: timestamp,available_capacity_kw or time,available_capacity_kw. Missing regulatory/compensation inputs are not assumed.

Step 6

Client saving & programme benefit

Quantify the avoided or deferred reinforcement cost and programme delay only from documented client/DNO evidence. The output automatically distinguishes confirmed, indicative and potential benefit.

Step 7 · Admin

Branding & engineering configuration

Keep commercial presentation and engineering logic transparent. Decision bands are editable only as controlled configuration and should be approved before production use.

Branding

Decision configuration

The ±10% bands are a Founder-configured MVP rule, not a statutory UK threshold. Any production change must be engineering-approved and versioned.

Step 8 · Final

Final Report & CEng Sign-off

Review the final recommendation, complete the Chartered Engineer approval, and issue the branded final report. The CEng sign-off is the final section of the issued report.
